# Job Vacancy: Construction Specialists (Cork, Ireland)


**A leading Irish construction company, successfully operating since 1995,** is recruiting experienced construction professionals for long-term projects in Cork, Ireland.


**Location:** Cork, Ireland


**Positions Available:**


* General Construction Labourers


* Shuttering Carpenters


* Ground Workers / Pipe Layers


* Machine Drivers


**Responsibilities**


**General Construction Labourers:**


* Carry out general construction duties.


* Assist skilled tradespeople on site.


* Prepare building materials and work areas.


**Shuttering Carpenters:**


* Assemble and dismantle formwork.


* Prepare structures for concrete pouring.


* Read and work from construction drawings.


**Ground Workers / Pipe Layers:**


* Carry out excavation and groundwork.


* Install underground pipes and utility services.


* Prepare foundations and sub-bases.


* Pour concrete.


* Install drainage systems.


**Machine Drivers:**


* Operate excavators and other construction machinery.


* Perform excavation and earthworks.


* Follow all health and safety regulations.


**Requirements**


* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry.


* Good spoken English.


* Ability to work independently and take responsibility.


* Strong work ethic and willingness to develop professionally.


* For Machine Drivers: proven operating experience and fluent English are essential.


* Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates are an advantage (or may be required depending on the employer's requirements).
